tbk33 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and tbk33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all aspects of your use of the tbk33 website, mobile platform, games, promotional offers, and any other services we provide. By creating an account or accessing the tbk33 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these T&C in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

tbk33 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the tbk33 platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you do not agree to any revision, you must cease using the tbk33 platform immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one tbk33 account. The registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your true name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number that you own and control.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tbk33 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify tbk33 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tbk33 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account following such notification.
• tbk33 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other behaviour that violates these T&C.

All personal data collected during registration and thereafter is handled in accordance with the tbk33 Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tbk33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your tbk33 account as bonus funds. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim any given bonus offer once only. Multiple claims of the same promotional offer — whether through duplicate accounts, shared payment methods or other means — will be treated as a violation of these T&C and may result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus and winnings.
• tbk33 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made before the change takes effect.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold or exchanged. Bonuses are for the personal use of the registered account holder only.
• Seasonal promotions associated with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL or IPL are time-limited. The specific validity period of each seasonal offer will be stated in the offer details.

tbk33 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it is determined that a bonus was claimed in error, or through any form of abuse, fraud or manipulation of the promotion system.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbk33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: using the tbk33 platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Bonus abuse: opening multiple accounts, using false identity information, or employing any other method to claim a promotional bonus more than once or in a manner not permitted by these T&C.
• Fraud: providing false or misleading information to tbk33, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or making false claims about a transaction or game outcome.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed transaction. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Use of automated software: deploying bots, scripts, macros or any other automated tools to interact with games, place bets, or perform any action on the tbk33 platform that a human player would otherwise perform manually.

tbk33 employs advanced fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, tbk33 reserves the right to freeze account funds, request additional documentation, and report the matter to relevant financial authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Intellectual Property and Privacy

All content on the tbk33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tbk33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tbk33 platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tbk33 content without our express written permission.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&C by reference. By using the tbk33 platform, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tbk33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform.

11. Amendments, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

tbk33 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, tbk33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the tbk33 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not accept a change to these T&C, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account.

In the event of a dispute between you and tbk33, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or email. tbk33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, tbk33 and the player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. tbk33 operates as an international online gaming platform and these T&C shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
